Only existing engagements can be deleted. If you accidentally delete an important engagement, it can easily be restored.
Find Archived Engagements
1. Click tasks on the global navigation bar.
A panel will slide in from the left.
2. From the slide-in menu, click Engagements.
3. Click the in-line checkbox next to the relevant engagement.
- Click on the Delete Icon to delete the engagement.
- An alert will pop up notifying you that your engagement has been deleted. If this was done in error, click Undo.
- Click on the Archive Icon to archive the engagement.
Restore Deleted Engagements
Deleted engagements can be restored from the Engagements Dashboard, or from a specific contact's profile.
1. To restore deleted engagements from the engagements dashboard, click the options menu.
Select Deleted Engagements from the dropdown menu.
2. Click the checkbox in line with the applicable deleted engagement(s).
3. Click Move to Active.
4. To restore deleted engagements from a contact's profile, navigate to the engagements tab.
5. At the bottom of the engagements modal, click Deleted.
The deleted engagements modal will load.
6. Hover over a deleted engagement and click Move to Active.
- The engagement will be moved to the active engagements modal.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Active to return to the active engagements modal.
Restore Archived Engagements
1. To restore archived engagements from the engagements dashboard, click the options menu.
2. Click the checkbox in line with the applicable archived engagement(s).
3. Click Move to Active.
4. To restore archived engagements from a contact's profile, navigate to the engagements tab.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the engagements modal and click Archived.
The archived engagements modal will open.
6. Hover over an archived engagement and click Move to Active.
- The engagement will be moved to the active engagements modal.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Active to return to the active engagements modal.
