Files can be moved to from a client's account to one of the connected contacts. For information on how to add a connection to a contact, please refer to the Add a Connection to a Contact article.
Move Files to a Connection
1. Navigate to a Contact Record and click the Files tab.
2. Right-click on the file you'd like to move.
3. Select Move from the pop-out menu.
4. Click on the Contact drop-down menu.
5. Select a connected contact.
