By Phone
Phone support is a premium feature for existing Canopy customers. If you already have a Canopy account, find the number in the pop-up sidebar when you click on your profile picture. Canopy Support is available via phone on weekdays from 8am to 5pm MT. The support team has extended hours for phones during the tax season.
By Email
Send your emails to [email protected]. Canopy Support is available via email on weekdays from 6am to 6pm MT. The support team has extended hours for emails during the tax season.
By Chat
Canopy Support is available via chat on weekdays from 6am to 6pm MT. The support team has extended hours for chats during the tax season.
1. Select your profile picture/initials in the global navigation bar.
2. Click Chat with Support.
3. Click Ask a question.
