Time entries that have been added to an invoice can be viewed in the Saved Time area. Billed Time Entries cannot be edited or archived but can be exported.
View Billed Time
1. Navigate to the time entries dashboard.
2. Add Billed as the Status column filter.
3. To export billed time entries to a CSV file, select the share icon.
Note: When trying to export a lot of data you will be greeted by a pop-up message that your export is processing and will be emailed the file once it has finished generating.
Alternatively, click on the Options menu and select Export filtered list.
4. Select the client's name to open their record.
5. Click on an Invoice # to view the associated invoice.

6. Choose the Task/Subtask to open the client's task dashboard.
