Consultants and practitioners who are members of multiple firms that use Canopy can use the same login information to access Canopy at each firm. Once logged in to the mobile app, practitioners can switch between firms in the app settings.
Switch Firm Accounts
1. Log in to your account on the Canopy mobile practitioner app.
2. Tap the Settings icon.
3. Tap Switch Accounts.
If your account is not associated with multiple firms, the Switch Accounts button will not be available.
4. Select a firm and tap Switch to this account.
