Fillable PDF files stored in Canopy can be completed on the mobile app. Your clients can also complete fillable PDF files on the Client Portal app. All changes and edits made to fillable PDFs on mobile are saved automatically and reflected on the web app.
Complete a Fillable PDF on Mobile
1. Locate a relevant fillable PDF file in the app.
2. Tap on the file to open the file previewer.
3. Tap on available text boxes to enter text.
4. To search the document, select the search icon.
5. To share the document, select the ellipses in the top right and tap Export.
6. Press Save (iOS) or the checkmark (Android) to save changes.
7. Tap X to close the preview.
