Once an eSignature Request has been sent, a corresponding task is created in Canopy. To access the task, you must have sent an eSign request first. To get started click View created task in the pop-up window on the eSign Request screen. Alternatively, you can search for the task by navigating to the Task list from the global navigation bar.

KBA Credit Retrieval

As long as a KBA credit has not been used, it is possible to get it back by first archiving and then deleting the task in the Global Tasks List.

Canopy Tip: You can use the filters to make it easier to find your request (assignee, contact, etc.).

Right-click on the eSign request and select "Archive".

Once the task has been archived, click on the three-dot menu in the top, right corner of the Tasks List and choose "Archived tasks" and delete the eSign request from there.

Once the eSign task has been deleted, the KBA credit will be sent back to your credit "bank" shortly!
