You have made it to the end of your training journey and we want to make sure you have all the tools you need to use Canopy like a pro. Don’t worry we have lots of support and resources to make sure you never walk this path alone!

If you haven’t checked out the Canopy Knowledge Base yet, do it now! You will find articles and videos that walk you through everything Canopy has to offer. Search at the top for something specific or browse by article type. Don’t forget to check out the video library too.

Ways to Connect with Support

If you can’t find what you are looking for in the Knowledge Base, you can always reach our support team. Canopy Support is available from 7 am - 6 pm MT on weekdays and will typically respond within a few minutes. The support team has extended hours for chats during the tax season. You can reach support two ways:

  1. Our in-app messenger. You will find the messenger by clicking on your icon photo/initials on the bottom of the global navigation bar and then clicking Chat with Support

  2. Call the support hotline at 1-855-616-7305.
