This guide only applies to users who have purchased the Transcripts and Notices standalone module. If you have purchased any other modules in Canopy, please refer to the guides in the Transcripts or Notices folders on our Knowledge Base.
Notices are located in the Notices list in Canopy. To get started, click Notices on the global navigation bar. A new panel will slide in from the left.
1. Click the Status of a notice.
2. Select the applicable status option.
Options include No status, Not started, In progress, On hold, Completed, Draft, Needs review, or With client.
3. Edit the Notice by clicking the blue link for a notice's Notice title.
This will open the Notices Dashboard for the applicable notice.
