To evaluate staff daily task capacity by comparing budgeted hours for assigned tasks against available working hours (using an 8-hour workday parameter). This report ensures that workloads are balanced, deadlines are realistic, and no staff member is over-allocated on any given day.

Need-to-know Glossary of Terms
- Task URL - This produces a clickable link for a specific task record. 
- Subtask URL - This produces a clickable link for a specific subtask record. 
- Client Name - If a display name exists, that will be the primary search term. If there is no display name, first and last name will be displayed. 
- Daily Hours parameter - Value equal to 8. 
- Task Assignee - Team Member assigned to the task. 
- Task Budgeted Hours - Total hours budgeted to a task. 
- Task Due Date - Date a task is due. 
- Available Hours formula - Finds the available hours by taking the daily hours parameter and subtracting them from the sum of the task budgeted hours.
