Purpose

To visualize the number of open (incomplete) subtasks with due dates in the upcoming 30 days, segmented by weekly due dates. This helps managers proactively manage upcoming deadlines and team workload.

Need-to-know Glossary of Terms

  • Subtask Count - Number of subtasks.

  • Subtask Status - Current state of a subtask within a workflow (e.g. not started, in progress, with client, completed, etc.).

  • Subtask Assignee - Team member assigned to the subtask.

  • Subtask Due Date - Date the subtask is due.

  • Due Date formula - Calculated by displaying the subtask due ate if it exists. If not, then it displays the task due date.
    ifnull ( Subtask Due Date , Task Due Date )


Report Structure Overview

  • Subtask Status filter - Filtered to exclude completed tasks

  • Subtask Due Date Date filter - Filtered for the next 30 days

  • Y~ Axis - Subtask Count

  • X ~ Axis - Subtask Assignee

  • Legend - Subtask Due Date weekly segmented by color
