Purpose
To evaluate each team member’s productivity and efficiency over the previous year by analyzing billed hours, billable amounts, adjustments, realized billing, realization percentage, and billed rate. This provides a holistic view of staff performance in relation to clients and service items.

Need-to-know Glossary of Terms
- Time Entry User Name - The name of the team member who logged time. 
- Time Entry Hours - This is a measure of Time Entry Hours that have been billed. 
- Time Entry Billed Amount - This is the amount that has actually been billed from the time entry. 
- Time Entry Billable Amount - Duration of time entry multiplied by the rate. 
- Client Name - Customer name, if a display name exists, that will be the primary search term. If there is no display name, first and last name will be displayed. 
- Service Item Name - Refers to the designation used to identify the specific service billed to the client. 
- Invoice Date - The date listed on the invoice. 
- Adjustment formula - Calculated by taking the sum of Time Entry Billed Amount and subtracting the sum of the Time Entry Billable.

- Realization % formula - Calculated by taking the sum of the Time Entry Billed Amount and dividing the sum of the Time Entry Billable.

- Billed Rate formula - Calculated by taking the sum of the Time Entry Billed Amount and dividing it by the sum of the Time Entry Hours.

Prefer to see the full number amounts versus the abbreviated unit?
1. Navigate to the Configure panel on the right hand side. 
2. Scroll down to the Values section and select one of the data points, for example, Billable Amount. 
3. Select the option None under the Unit drop-down menu.
