Need-to-know Glossary of Terms

  • Invoice Date - The date listed on the invoice as Invoice Date.

  • Line Item Billed Amount - This is the amount billed for the line item shown on the far right column of the invoice.

  • Service Item Name - Refers to the designation used to identify the specific service billed to the client.

  • Time Entry Billed Amount - This is the amount that has actually been billed from the time entry.

  • Revenue Billed From Time Entry formula - Calculates the sum of Time Entry Billed Amount
    sum ( Time Entry Billed Amount )

  • Total Revenue formula - Calculates the sum of Line Item Billed Amount
    sum ( Line Item Billed Amount )


Report Structure Overview

  • Invoice Date filter - Filtered to show invoiced dated for this year

  • Y~axis - Total Revenue

  • X~axis - Service Item Name

  • Legend - Total Revenue and Revenue Billed from Time Entry segmented by color
