Controls whether users can view and work with generic (non-client-facing) tasks.
What this permission allows
View generic tasks the user has access to
Be assigned to generic tasks
Work within generic task workflows

Controls whether users can send client request tasks and communicate with clients through those tasks.
What this permission allows
Send client request tasks to clients
Comment on client request tasks
Reply directly to clients from client request tasks

Status fields are disabled when creating a task
Subtasks do not display the checkbox used to mark them complete
Custom status controls are disabled and cannot be accessed

✅ Bulk End Recurrences
Controls whether users can stop recurring tasks in bulk.
What this permission allows
End recurrences for multiple primary recurring tasks at once from the Tasks list

When this permission is turned off
The Bulk End Recurrence option is removed from the bulk actions menu on the Tasks list

Controls whether users can export work data from Canopy.

Export tasks to a CSV, including:

Controls whether users can archive work items, removing them from active task lists and client records.
