Manage Assignments From the Client List

1. In the Client List, place checkmarks next to the desired client names.

2. On the right side of the list, go to the three stacked dots.

3. Select Manage assignments.

4. In the window that pops up, click the bubble that fits what you would like to do.

  • Add assignments - These users and teams will be added to 4 clients.

  • Remove assignments - These users and teams will be removed from the selected clients. A removed user may retain access to a client record as part of another role or team assignment.

  • Clear all assignments - These users and teams will be removed from all roles for the selected clients. A removed user may retain access to a client record as part of another team assignment.

5. Add teams/team members to the listed Roles or General Users/Teams by clicking the associated search field and selecting from there.

This is how it will look when you are done selecting teams and team members.

6. Once you're done, go ahead and click Save!
