Filter views on the Client List can be reorganized or deleted as needed to create a custom list that fits what client information you need to see.
Reorganize Filter Views on the Client List
1. Navigate to the Client List from the global navigation bar and click on the three vertical bars on the left side of the page.
2. Select Edit filter views in the Customize Client List window.
3. Click and drag filter views anywhere in the list.
4. Click Done to confirm your changes.
Remove a Filter View from the Filter Tabs
1. Click on the three vertical bars on the left side of the Client List.
2. Select Edit filter views in the Customize Client List window.
3. Click on the Options menu in line with a filter view.
4. Select Delete to remove the filter view from the filter tabs.
The Active Clients, Individual, Business, and Prospect filter views cannot be deleted.
All other filter views can be deleted.
If the deletion was an error, simply go back to the filters Options menu and select Undo delete.
5. Click Done to confirm your changes.
Share a Filter View List
1. Click on the three vertical bars on the left side of the page.
2. Select Edit filter views in the Customize Client List window.
3. Click on the Options menu in line with a filter view.
4. Select Share list.
5. In the dropdown menu, select the teams or team members you want to send your list to.
6. Click Done.
The blue text states that you are sharing the client list.
7. To stop sharing a client list, click on the Options menu and then Share list.
You will see team members and teams you currently share with listed in the dropdown menu. Select Clear all and then Done.
Confirm no team members are listed and then select Done.
Sharing has now been removed for that filtered client list.
