Reorganize Filter Views on the Tasks List

Filter views on the tasks list can be reorganized or deleted as needed to create a custom workspace that fits your workflow.

Reorganize Filter Views on the Tasks List

1. Go to the Tasks List from the global navigation bar and click on the Options menu in the top-right corner.

2. Select Customize task list from the pop-out menu.

3. Click on the Reorder filter views tab in the navigation column.

4. Click, drag, and drop from the drag handle (8 dots) in line with a filter view to move it.

5. Click Save and close to confirm your changes.

Remove a Filter View from the Filter Tabs

1. Click on the Options menu in the top-right corner.

2. Select Customize task list from the pop-out menu.

3. Click on the Reorder filter views tab in the navigation column.

4. Click on the Options menu in line with a filter view.

5. Select Delete to remove the filter view from the filter tabs.

  • The All Work filter view cannot be deleted.

  • All other filter views can be deleted.

6. Click Save and close to confirm your changes.
