Create a flat rate invoice and multi-select clients to send the invoice out to. With this approach, you will only have to create one invoice and send it out to multiple clients all at once! This is a great way to streamline the billing process.

Create Bulk Invoice
1. Navigate to Clients on the primary navigation bar.
2. Click Clients List
3. Select Clients for whom you want to create a bulk invoice.
4. Click to create the bulk invoice.
Alternatively, you can create a bulk invoice from the global invoice list.
5. As needed, adjust any clients (add/remove), add a description, invoice date, or Terms.
6. Click the Gear icon for Layout and Settings.
Column options are Service, Description, Quantity, Rate, Assignee, Date, Task, Subtask, Discount, and Tax.
Click Done to update the visible columns.
These are the columns that will be visible on the final invoice.
As needed, toggle Client Notes or Terms and Conditions to be visible on the invoice.
Fill out applicable information.
Click Save.
7. Complete your line item invoice information.
Input a Service Item.
Fill out each visible column.
The columns will automatically update to reflect the service item's information.
As needed, click + Add line item to add additional services to the invoice.
Reorder items as needed.
8. Toggle Single Line Invoice to create an invoice that shows only a description and the total due.
After toggling Single Line Invoice, you will not be able to edit your service items and time entries. To edit services again, toggle Single Line Invoice to off.
Enter a description of the single-line invoice. Your description will be shown in place of the services.
Enter a discount if applicable.
9. Click Preview.
10. Review each invoice as needed.
11. Click Send Bulk Invoice.
You'll receive a notification pop-up on the bottom of your screen letting you know it's being processed and we will send you a notification once it's finished.
The email/notification will detail the bulk invoice summary showing the following:
X clients successfully received the invoice.
X invoices were created and not sent.
These clients need to be invited to the client portal.

Print Invoices in Bulk
To print invoices in bulk, go to the Billing section and select the Invoices tab in Canopy.
On the Invoices page:
To select all invoices, check the box next to the invoice column header.
To select individual invoices, check the box next to each one you wish to print.
Once you've selected the invoices, click the "Print" button in the upper-right corner.
A pop-up will appear at the bottom of the screen. Check your email to complete bulk printing the invoices.
In your email, select View Invoices.
The invoices will open in preview mode, with each invoice displayed as a separate page. To print all invoices, select the 'Print' option in the upper right corner.
