Sending bulk questionnaires allows you to collect information from multiple clients at once. It's now easier than ever to gather client details using Questionnaires!
How to Send Questionnaires in Bulk
Navigate to the Client List.
Go to the Clients tab in your dashboard.
Select multiple clients.
Click the checkbox next to each client you want to include.
Open the bulk actions menu.
Click the stacked dot icon (⋮) in the upper-right corner.
Choose “Send Questionnaire.”
From the dropdown menu, select Send Questionnaire.
Name your questionnaire or select a template.
Enter a custom name for your questionnaire or choose from available templates.
Customize the questionnaire.
Build a new questionnaire from scratch or edit the selected template to fit your needs.
Send the questionnaire.
Click Send to distribute the questionnaire to all selected clients.
Confirmation:
You should see a confirmation message that your questionnaire has been sent.
Clients will receive an email notification with a link to complete the questionnaire.
Tip: Double-check your selections before clicking Send to ensure the right clients receive the questionnaire.
