View & Edit Questionnaires on Mobile

The Canopy Mobile app allows you to view and manage questionnaires directly from the client task list. With the app, you can check the status of a questionnaire, send and respond to comments, upload or view files, and manage notes and automations—all from your mobile device.

How to View a Questionnaire Request on Mobile:

1. Navigate to the Client Record:

  • Open the Canopy Mobile app and go to the Tasks tab within the client record.

2. Open the Questionnaire Request:

  • Tap on the specific questionnaire request to access its details.

Questionnaire Task Overview:

Once you’ve opened the request, you’ll have access to the following sections:

  1. Task Status – Track the progress of the questionnaire.

  2. Priority Status – View the priority level of the task.

  3. Details Tab – Review and edit task details.

  4. Comments Tab – View or respond to comments, and upload files.

  5. Files Tab – Upload and manage files associated with the request.

  6. Notes Tab – Add or edit task notes.

  7. Automations Tab – Review any automations tied to the task. (Scroll the right to view the automations tab)

  • Tap View to access and edit the client's questionnaire responses.

  • Open the Questionnaire by tapping View to review and modify client information.


How to Edit Questionnaire Details:

To edit the details of a questionnaire request:

  1. Tap the stacked dots icon (⋮) to open the edit menu.

2. You can edit the following fields:

  • Request Title – Modify the title of the questionnaire request.

  • Assignees – Update the assigned users.

  • Priority – Adjust the task’s priority.

  • Description – Edit or add task details.

  • Due Date – Set or update the due date.

  • Client Reminder – Configure client reminders.

3. After making your changes, tap Save Changes to update the request.
