Locating Completed Questionnaires
You can find completed questionnaires in several areas of Canopy:
Client’s Tasks Section
Global Task List
Completed Tasks Section
Marking a Questionnaire as Complete
Go to the Task List.
Click the name of the questionnaire task.
After reviewing the client’s submission or manually completing the task, select Mark as Complete.
Optional – Export for Recordkeeping
Click View > Export and select either View PDF or Export as CSV.
Alternatively, from the task page:
Select With Client (top-right).
Mark as complete, then export if needed.
Use the Save to Canopy option after exporting to ensure the file appears in the client’s files section.
Retrieving Completed Questionnaires
Navigate to the Client Record in Canopy.
Go to the Tasks section.
Locate the completed questionnaire in the client task list.
Click the questionnaire task name to open.
View and Export as needed.
Alternatively, navigate to the Global Tasks List and filter the list to find the needed questionnaire.
Click the Questionnaire task name to open.
View and Export as needed.- Once the questionnaire is completed by the client, you can review responses and related document checklists within the platform.
Saving and Exporting Completed Questionnaires
If a completed questionnaire does not appear in the client’s files after selecting 'Save,' it may still be marked as "With Client." To resolve this:
Update the status to "Needs Review" or "Completed."
Click 'View' on the questionnaire, choose 'Export → View as PDF,' and then use the 'Save to Canopy' option. The file should then appear in the client’s files section.### Troubleshooting Common Issues
Questionnaires Disappearing: Completed questionnaires are not automatically removed. They remain accessible in the client’s Tasks section, the Global Task List, or the Completed Tasks section.
Missing Files: Ensure the questionnaire’s status is updated to "Completed" and saved correctly to make it accessible in the client’s files.
