Need-to-Know Glossary of Terms

  • Percentage Complete Formula - Formula that divides completed subtasks by overall number of subtasks.
    ​count_if(Subtask Status = 'completed', Subtask ID) / Subtask Count


Report Structure Overview

  1. Percentage Complete - Percentage of completed subtasks compared to all subtasks.
    ​


Suggested Modifications: Prefer to see a whole percentage number? Navigate to the Configuration panel and update the decimal spaces from 2 to 0. This will round up the percentage and present a whole number.


Primary Use Case Scenario

An admin wants to provide the partners with the percentage of how much work is being completed compared to number of open subtasks. This allows for better insight into team member productivity.
