Need-to-Know Glossary of Terms

  • Task Type - Task category (client requests, esign requests, tasks).
    ​

  • Percentage Complete - Formula that divides completed tasks by overall number of tasks.


Report Structure Overview

  1. Task Status Filter - Filtered for client request, esign request, and tasks.

  2. Percentage Complete - Percentage of completed tasks compared to all tasks.
    ​


Suggested Modifications: Prefer to see whole percentage number? Navigate to the Configuration panel and update the decimal spaces from 2 to 0. This will round up the percentage and present a whole number.


Primary Use Case Scenario

An admin wants to provide the partners with the percentage of how much work is being completed compared to number of open tasks. This allows for better insight into team member productivity.
