To track the volume of tasks that have been marked as completed for all time. This gives the team visibility into overall team productivity and progress on client work.

Need-to-Know Glossary of Terms

  • Task Type - Task category (client requests, esign requests, tasks).
    ​

  • Task Count - Number of tasks.
    ​

  • Task Status - Current state of a task within a workflow (e.g., not started, with client, in progress, completed, etc.).


Report Structure Overview

  1. Task Status Filter - Filters for completed tasks.

  2. Task Type Filter - Filtered for client request, esign request, and tasks.

  3. Task Count - Number of tasks completed for all time.

Suggested Modifications: Want to see the full number instead of an abbreviated unit? Navigate to the Configuration icon and update the Unit field from Auto to None.


Primary Use Case Scenario

An admin reviews the number of completed tasks at the end of each week to evaluate how much work the team has processed.

Understand team capacity and performance by measuring how much client work is being completed. This KPI empowers managers to ensure work is moving efficiently through the pipeline, improving client service and operational visibility.
