Task Completion Date Filter - Filtered for previous 1600 days (~4.3 years).
Task Type Filter - Filtered for client request, esign request and tasks.
Y-Axis - Task Count
X-Axis - Task Completion Date monthly
Legend - Year over Year segmented by color

Navigate to the Configure panel on the right hand side.
Select Task Count.
Click the checkbox next to Data labels.
