To track and compare the number of tasks completed each month across multiple years in order to assess growth, identify seasonal patterns, and evaluate the firm's performance over time.

Need-to-Know Glossary of Terms

  • Task Type - Task category (client requests, esign requests, tasks).
    ​

  • Task Count - Number of tasks.
    ​

  • Task Completion Date - Date a task has a status change of completed.


Report Structure Overview

  1. Task Completion Date Filter - Filtered for previous 1600 days (~4.3 years).

  2. Task Type Filter - Filtered for client request, esign request and tasks.

  3. Y-Axis - Task Count

  4. X-Axis - Task Completion Date monthly

  5. Legend - Year over Year segmented by color


Suggested Modifications: Want to see the task count labels?

  1. Navigate to the Configure panel on the right hand side.

  2. Select Task Count.

  3. Click the checkbox next to Data labels.


Primary Use Case Scenario

A managing partner reviews this report during quarterly strategic planning to compare how the firm is performing this year versus previous years. This helps determine if operational changes, new hires, or shifts in service demand have had an impact on task completion rates.
