Need-to-Know Glossary of Terms

  • Service Item Name - Refers to the designation used to identify the specific service billed to the client.

  • Time Entry Hours - Length of time entry.

  • Time Entry Start Date - Starting timestamp of time entry duration.

Report Structure Overview

  1. Time Entry Start Date Filter - Filtered for the previous 365 days

  2. Y-Axis - Time Entry Hours

  3. X-Axis - Time Entry Start Date weekly

  4. Values - Hours spent on each service items

  5. Legend - Service item name segmented by color

Suggested Modifications: Want to see the hour labels for each service item?

  1. Navigate to the Configure panel on the right-hand side.

  2. Select the Settings tab.

  3. Check the box next to All labels.

A Department Head reviews this report weekly to track how team hours are being spent across various service lines and ensure resources are aligned with client demands and seasonal priorities.
