Export Client Lists From Canopy

Updated over a week ago

Best Practice: If you are viewing the filtered list that you want to export, you can simply select the icon on the left to Export current list. You can export your Canopy clients to a .CSV file for use elsewhere.

The quick export icon, located on the left of the Client List interface, offers a rapid export option but lacks field customization. For more tailored exports, use the Options menu where you can select specific columns and configurations.

Troubleshooting Tip: If certain columns, like the Client Name, are missing in your export file, browser interference might be to blame. Try exporting using an Incognito/Private browser window. If this resolves the issue, clearing your browser cache and cookies can prevent future disruptions.

2. Choose Export filtered list from the dropdown menu.

If the export option is not appearing, it could be a permissions issue. Check if your role has export permissions enabled and consult your account administrator to update your settings if necessary.

3. Select a list to export from the dropdown menu.
