Templates or letters created in Canopy must use the letter generator. Letter templates that have not been updated for compatibility with the new generator are not visible when creating a new letter.
Updated templates will not lose any of the content you previously created.
Update Letter Templates
1. Click on Templates on the global navigation bar.
2. Select Letter from the secondary navigation menu.
3. Click Update all in the top ribbon to update all old templates to use the new letter generator.
