License Requirement
This guide only applies to users who have purchased the Transcripts and Notices standalone module. If you have purchased any other modules in Canopy, please refer to the guides in the Transcripts or Notices folders on our Knowledge Base.
In-App Guide
Because the Transcripts and Notices module does not include access to CRM, new contacts must be created while requesting a transcript or creating a notice. This guide will help you understand how to request transcripts for an existing client or a new client.
Request a Client's Transcripts
1. Click on the Global Add Button.
2. Select Transcripts on the secondary navigation menu.
You can also click on the Request Transcripts button on the Transcripts dashboard.
3. Select whether to request transcripts for an Existing Contact or a New Contact.
Selecting New Contact will allow you to add a new contact to the Transcripts and Notices module.
For an Existing Contact to be visible you must have previously created a transcript request or a notice.
Steps for Existing Client

3. If needed, change the Organization you want to use to request the transcript.
