Once a client survey is completed, you can view the results in Canopy.
View a Completed Survey
1. Click Work on the global navigation bar and then Resolution Cases.
A panel slides in from the left.
2. Select a Resolution Case Name from the list.
3. Click Client Survey in the Work column.
4. On the Client Survey screen, visit each section to see the client’s responses.
To view additional options on survey data and access, click Survey Options under the three stacked dots.
