Tax resolution users can create new Service Templates for use with resolution cases.
Create Custom Service Templates
1. Click Templates on the global navigation bar and choose Resolution Case.
2. Select Add a custom service.
3. Enter a service name and description.
4. Click Create service.
The template screen will load.
The new service will be displayed in the Custom services section of the Tax Resolution Case Templates List.
5. Add a process to your template by clicking Add a step.
6. Enter a step title and description.
7. Click Add step.
8. To add workpapers, click the edit icon.
9. Select Upload a workpaper.
Select a document to upload.
