Delete and Archive Resolution Cases

Existing resolution cases can be archived, deleted, and restored. If you delete a resolution case in error, it can easily be restored.

Find Archived Resolution Cases

1. Click Work on the global navigation bar then Resolution Cases.

2. Click the in-line checkbox next to the relevant resolution case.

  • Click on the Delete Icon to delete the resolution case.

    • An alert will pop up notifying you that your case has been deleted. If this was done in error, click Undo.

  • Click on the Archive Icon to archive the resolution case.

Restore Deleted Resolution Cases

Deleted resolution cases can be restored from the Resolution Cases Dashboard, or from a specific client's record.

1. To restore a deleted resolution case from the dashboard, click the options menu.

Select Deleted Resolution Cases from the dropdown menu.

2. Click the checkbox in line with the applicable deleted resolution case(s).

3. Click Move to Active.

4. To restore a deleted resolution case from a client's record, navigate to their Resolution Cases tab.

5. At the bottom of the resolution case modal, select Deleted.

The deleted resolution case modal will load.

6. Hover over a deleted resolution case and click Move to Active.

  • The case will be moved to the active resolution cases list.

  • Scroll to the bottom and click Active to return to the active resolution case modal.

Restore Archived Resolution Cases

1. To restore archived cases from the Resolution Cases dashboard, click the options menu and select Archived Resolution Cases.

2. Click the checkbox in line with the applicable archived resolution case(s).

3. Click Move to Active.

4. To restore archived resolution cases from a client's record, navigate to the Resolution Cases tab.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the resolution case modal and click Archived.

The archived resolution cases modal will open.

6. Hover over an archived resolution case and select Move to Active.

  • The case will be moved to the active resolution cases modal.

  • Scroll to the bottom and click Active to return to the active resolution cases modal.
