Engagements Name Change

"Engagements" in Canopy has been renamed to "Resolution Cases"! We did this so that we can release a new feature in the coming months. Stay tuned!

Insights

Sage Insights (Natural Language Search)

Sage is a new AI tool developed by Thoughtspot, that lets you ask questions using everyday language and receive answers in Insights. Some initial training may be needed to ensure accurate results, however, the process of refining AI-generated responses is straightforward and user-friendly.

This is a more accessible option compared to the somewhat technical task of creating answers, which potentially helps you find valuable insights into data faster. With Sage, you can ask questions and quickly access the information you need in Insights!

Team Member Production Analysis Liveboard

Our team released another Liveboard for Insights! The prebuilt reporting around team member production includes:

  • Realization

  • Adjustments

  • Average billed rate

Mobile

Canopy 1.32.0 and Client Portal 1.17.0

As you may have already noticed, our team pushed out a forced update to our Client Portal and Practitioner apps to support the "Engagements" name change.


Administrative

New Email Templates

Our amazing UX team sprinkled a little magic on Canopy's email templates to help customers modernize their firms! These changes are found in emails like Canopy login verifications, task reminders, client invoices, etc.
