Quickbooks Online (QBO)
We've released the ability to sync additional payments to QBO. Additional payments are payments that are received but are not connected to an invoice. These payments are created in QBO as "unapplied" which can then be applied at a later time to an invoice.
The ability to sync credits to QBO is now available! Credits can be additional payments or manual credits that have been created for the clients. Credits created in Canopy will sync to QBO as a "Credit Memo".
We made updates to client sync capabilities! Yep, you heard that right!!! This includes the following:
Ability to edit the client sync from the client record
Option to "Unmatch" a synced client
Sync an unmatched client
Match with existing QBO client
Create new in QBO
Tax Resolution
Collection Financial Standards (CFS) & OIC related forms
