Explore Client Groups
Updated over a week ago

Client groups let you group associated clients together. The big three ways to make use of this feature are:

  1. Organizing Clients

  2. Moving Files between clients in a Client Group

  3. Group Billing (see this article for more information)

These groups can include all types of profiles - individuals, businesses, clients, and prospects. Think of this as a way to put Joe, his family, and his business all under the same umbrella without inviting them all to access and view each others' profiles. Take a look at the visual below for the previously mentioned example.

Try the feature out now by making your way over to Client Groups!

Note: Client Groups are only an internal feature. Your clients cannot see whether they are part of a Client Group. Only your team can see these!

1. From the Navigation Bar, click Clients.

2. Click Client Groups.

Use the overview to learn how each feature works in Client Groups.
