Ensure your calendar is operating in the correct Time Zone so no appointments are missed and your schedule is running correctly.Time zone mismatches can lead to scheduling discrepancies and inaccurate calendar displays. These issues often arise due to misaligned settings in Canopy, incorrect local time zones on devices, or browser-related problems.
Set a Time Zone
1. To get started, click on your profile on the global navigation bar.
2. Click Settings.
2. Update the Time Zone field.
Selecting the correct time zone ensures your calendar matches your scheduling needs. For instance, if you are managing someone else's calendar, adjust the time zone to reflect their location.
This field determines the time zone in which all of your calendar events are scheduled.
If the time zone in the Time Zone field does not match the time zone of your computer, Canopy will prompt you to edit this field.
4. Click Save Changes.
