This guide only applies to users who have purchased the Transcripts and Notices standalone module. If you have purchased any other modules in Canopy, please refer to the guides in the Transcripts or Notices folders on our Knowledge Base.
Once you've requested a client's transcripts once, you can quickly do so again with a single click on the Transcripts page.
1. Click Transcripts on the Global Navigation Bar.
By default, Transcripts and Notices standalone users start on the Transcripts page. If you are already on this page, you can skip to step 2.
2. Locate the contact you want to pull transcripts for and click the Request again icon.
Your request will be submitted and the Status column will update to show the request's progress.
