Give portal access for clients in bulk, the primary contacts from the selected client records will be sent an invite.
You can also choose to include applicable spouse contacts in the invite as well as include resending invites.
Please note that any selected contacts who are missing a primary email address will be excluded from this bulk action.
Also, if multiple contacts have the same primary email, they will be ignored altogether.
Multiple contacts on the same primary email: This rule applies if any contact on a client record, regardless of client type, shares the same primary email as another contact. Since the client portal login is based on the primary email, two contacts can’t share the same portal login. Therefore, this bulk action will automatically ignore contacts with duplicate primary emails to prevent any errors.

Invites will be resent to any primary contact or spouse who has already received one, regardless of whether they have logged into the portal.
The Resend Invites feature does not apply to other contact types (Dependent or Other) listed on the client record with portal invites already sent.
5. Once you're done with that, select Send.
You'll know the invites were sent successfully with a message that populates at the bottom of the screen.
