Complete a Questionnaire on the Client Portal App

Easily complete all Questionnaires from your practitioner directly in the Client Portal App. Your practitioner may send Questionnaires to collect essential information for tasks such as tax preparation or client onboarding. These will appear in your To-Do tab, marked with a clipboard icon.

Complete a Questionnaire on the Client Portal App

1. First, log in to your Client Portal App.

2. Navigate to the To-do tab at the bottom of the screen, or Tap on the Organizer if you see it on the first screen.

3. In the Details tab, tab View Questionnaire.

4. Tap on the fields to start typing in your information.

5. Tap on the Sections Menu to view all sections of the Questionnaire

Completed areas are indicated with a green checkmark. Incomplete areas are indicated with a dashed line circle, and errors are indicated with red text.

6. At the bottom of each section, tab Next to move to the next page. Tab Previous to navigate to the previous page.

7. Tab Submit on the final page to complete the form.

8. To add Comments, tap the Comments tab and select the textbox to start typing.

9. Tap the airplane icon to send the Comment.

10. To attach files, tab the Files tab and select Add a file.

From here, add files with Scan with camera, Add from photos, and Upload from Files.

11. Once you have completed filling out the Questionnaire and adding Comments and Files, tab the arrow in the upper left corner to navigate back to the home page.
