Purpose
To categorize and visualize clients based on customizable tags (e.g., industry, service type, priority level, etc.). This gives the firm the ability to slice the client base by attributes that are most meaningful to the practice, making it easier to understand client mix, identify patterns, and align resources accordingly.

Client Count - The total number of unique individuals and businesses.
Client Tag - A customizable label that you can add to a client record to organize, categorize, and quickly filter your clients based on specific criteria, such as the type of services they receive, their industry or which team member serves them.
Client is Active - True if client is active, false if not.
Client is Archived - True if client is archived, false if it is not.
Business Clients Formula - Calculated by counting clients that have not been designated as business clients.

Report Structure Overview
Client Tag Filter - Filtering out clients with no tags.
Client is Active Filter - Filtering for active clients.
Client is Archived Filter - Filtering out archived clients.
Y-Axis - Client Tag.
X-Axis - Business Clients.
X-Axis - Individual Clients.
Legend - Business and Individual Clients sliced by color.
Tips & Tricks: While the report will show the total number of clients with a client tag, you can update the report to show the exact number of business and individual with an assigned client tag.
Navigate to the Configure panel on the right hand side.
Select the tab, Settings.
Under Display, choose All labels.

Operations Managers use this report during client portfolio reviews to analyze the distribution of clients by specific tags and identify which industries or client types the firm serves most heavily.
Actionable Insights
Since tags are flexible, the firm can adapt this analysis to industry, value tier, relationship type, or other firm-specific classifications.
