To show how many clients are assigned to each Client Owner. This helps leadership ensure client workload is distributed fairly, highlights top client owners by volume, and provides transparency into client relationship management.

Need-to-Know Glossary of Terms
Client Count - The total number of unique individuals and businesses.
Client Owner Name - Name of the team member assigned as the Client Owner.
Client is Archived - True if client is archived, false if it is not.
Client Link Formula - Clickable link that redirects you to client profile.
Report Structure Overview
Client Owner Name Filter - Filtering out clients with no assigned Client Owner.
Client is Active Filter - Filtering for active clients.
Y-Axis - Client Count.
X-Axis - Client Owner Name.
Tips & Tricks: Want to see which clients do not have a Client Owner assigned to them?
Hover over the Client Owner Name filter at the top of the report and select the X to remove that filter. This will remove the filter that is excluding clients with no assigned Client Owner.
There should be a new column for {Null}.
Hover over that column and right click to reveal a menu of options.
Select the option Show Underlying data.
This will produce a new table report showing the clients with no assigned Client Owner with a clickable link to the client's profile.
Primary Use Case Scenario
Firm Leadership uses this report during quarterly performance reviews to identify client owners which high client loads, who may need support or delegation and recognize client owners with fewer clients potentially signaling capacity for growth.
Actionable Insights
Leadership can reassign clients if certain owners are overextended and easily identifies which owners have capacity to take on new business.
