Tips & Tricks: Want to see which clients do not have a Client Owner assigned to them?

  1. Hover over the Client Owner Name filter at the top of the report and select the X to remove that filter. This will remove the filter that is excluding clients with no assigned Client Owner.

  2. There should be a new column for {Null}.

  3. Hover over that column and right click to reveal a menu of options.

  4. Select the option Show Underlying data.

  5. This will produce a new table report showing the clients with no assigned Client Owner with a clickable link to the client's profile.

Primary Use Case Scenario

Firm Leadership uses this report during quarterly performance reviews to identify client owners which high client loads, who may need support or delegation and recognize client owners with fewer clients potentially signaling capacity for growth.

Actionable Insights

Leadership can reassign clients if certain owners are overextended and easily identifies which owners have capacity to take on new business.
