Client Count - The total number of unique individuals and businesses.
State - Client's state of residence.
Client is Active - True if client is active, false if it is not.
Client is Archived - True if client is archived, false if it is not.
Report Structure Overview
State Filter - Filtering for all U.S. states.
Client is Active Filter - Filtering for active clients.
Client is Archived Filter - Filtering out archived clients.

Select the State filter at the top of the report.
There are two tabs; Include and Exclude.
Make your selections then click Apply.
