Purpose

To provide a cumulative count of all unique clients who have ever been billed by the firm. This KPI helps measure the historical reach and scale of client engagement and billing activity over the firm's lifetime.

Need-to-Know Glossary of Terms

  • Client Count Formula - Total count of clients that have been billed.
    count(Client Name)

  • Invoice is Archived - True if invoice is archived, false if it is not.


Report Structure Overview

  1. Invoice is Archived Filter - Filter showing that archived invoices are not included in the revenue totals.

  2. KPI Value - Number of clients billed for all time


Suggested Modifications: Want to see the full list of Clients included in that Client Count?

  1. Type Client Name in the top Search Bar and click Go.

  2. Toggle the chart type from a KPI to a table view in the top right corner.

Used by firm leadership to assess the firm's growth trajectory in terms of client base.

Gain a clear view of how many distinct clients the firm has served and billed since inception.
