The Canopy Community is the place to connect with other users, ask questions, and share insights. Access is currently limited to Canopy users to ensure a focused experience for our active community members.
How to Log In to the Community
1. Navigate to the Community login page.
Go to the Community login page.
2. Click “Login With Canopy.”
Select the Login With Canopy button on the login screen.
3. Enter your Canopy credentials.
Use the same email and password you use to log in to your Canopy account.
If you have not yet created a profile in the Community you will be prompted to enter your profile details.
4. You’ll be redirected to the Community.
Once you’ve successfully logged in, you’ll automatically be taken to the Canopy Community home page.
Login from Canopy
Click on your profile/initials bubble.
Select Ask our Community
You will be asked to create a profile if it is your first time logging in.
You will be redirected to the Community.
You will be logged in with your Canopy credentials.
Note
The Community is currently locked down to Canopy users only to provide a specialized experience for those actively using the platform. That’s why you’ll need to sign in using your Canopy account credentials.
