Need-to-Know Glossary of Terms

  • Time Entry Hours - The length of time entry.
    ​

  • Time Entry Billed Date - The date the time entry was added/linked to an invoice.


Report Structure Overview

  1. Time Entry Billed Date Filter - Filtered for the current month (month-to-date)

  2. KPI Value - Time entry hours that have been billed to an invoice for current month (month-to-date).

  3. Time Entry Billed Date - Set to display billed time entry hours for current month.

  4. Change Analysis - Displays an analysis of changes since the previous month so you can quickly identify positive or negative trends.

Suggested Modifications: Want to change the comparison date value from previous month to something else (e.g., previous quarter or previous year)?

  1. Navigate to the Configure panel on the right hand side.

  2. select the Settings tab.

  3. Scroll down to the Compare with section.

  4. Choose from the comparison options or create your own by selecting Custom.


Primary Use Case Scenario

A Partner reviews the Billed Hours KPI at the end of the billing cycle to ensure that time entries are being properly reviewed and converted into invoices.
