To visualize how time is allocated across various service items for each client, enables firm leadership to evaluate the scope and focus of services provided to individual clients.

Need-to-Know Glossary of Terms

  • Client Name - Customer name, if a display name exists, that will be the primary search term. If there is no display name, first and last name will be displayed.

  • Time Entry Hours - Length of time entry.

  • Time Entry Start Date - Starting timestamp of time entry duration.

  • Service Item Name - Refers to the designation used to identify the specific service billed to the client.

Report Structure Overview

  1. Time Entry Start Date Filter - Filtered to capture the previous 30 days

  2. Y-Axis - Client name

  3. X-Axis - Total time entry hours

  4. Legend - Service item name sliced with color


Tips & Tricks: Want to add more data labels to see not just total hours for client but how many hours every user logged for that client?

  1. Navigate to the Configure panel on the right hand side.

  2. Click on Total Time Entry Hours under the X-axis section.

  3. Scroll down to the Display section and check the box next to Detail Labels.


Primary Use Case Scenario

A Partner reviews this report quarterly to understand the mix of services delivered to each client and to help identify clients that rely heavily on one service vs. those receiving multiple offerings.
