Need-to-Know Glossary of Terms

  • Service Item Name - Refers to the designation used to identify the specific service billed to the client.

  • Time Entry Hours - Length of time entry.

  • Time Entry Start Date - Starting timestamp of time entry duration.

Report Structure Overview

  1. Time Entry Start Date Filter - Filtered for the previous 30 days

  2. Category Slices - Represents service items that have had time logged to them in the last 30 days.
    ​


Suggested Modifications: Want to change the colors associated with the category slices?

  1. Navigate to the Configure panel on the left hand side.

  2. Click on Service Item Name under Category.

  3. Scroll down to Color Formatting.

  4. Update the colors as needed.


Primary Use Case Scenario

An Operations Lead reviews this chart during monthly meetings to get a high-level view of where the firm's time resources are going. They can evaluate if certain service lines are receiving disproportionate time allocation.
