Need-to-Know Glossary of Terms
Time Entry Hours - Length of time entry.
Time Entry Billed Date - The date the time entry was added/lined to an invoice.
Service Item Name - Refers to the designation used to identify the specific service billed to the client.

Suggested Modifications: Want to add conditional formatting to easily identify when a service item has gone above a specific number of hours billed?
Navigate to the Configure panel on the right hand side.
Select Total Time Entry Hours.
Scroll down to the Conditional Formatting section and select the Edit button.
Add your desired condition, for example, such as Greater Than 3 hours. Make sure to scroll down to choose your color.
Press Save.
