Create Email Templates

1. Go to Templates and click Email.

2. On the right, select Add template.

3. Enter a Template Name.

4. Toggle the Visibility switch to make it a Private or Public Template.

5. Enter a Subject for the Email.

6. Now, type the body of the email.

7. If needed, insert dynamic text.

8. Use the bar on the bottom of the body to format your email and add links.

9. To save and close the new email template, click Save.

Duplicate Email Templates

There may be times when you would like to take the same format as an existing template and use it in a new template. Duplicating a template will allow you to keep the desired formatting where you can rename the duplicate and revise it as needed!

1. Go to Templates and then Email.

2. Select the three stacked dots on the chosen template.

3. Click Duplicate.

Search Email Templates

1. Go to Templates and then Email.

2. Start typing in the needed title in the search bar!

Edit Email Templates

1. Go to Templates and then Email.

2. Choose the template.

3. Make changes.

4. Click Save.

Delete Email Templates

1. Go to Templates and then Email.

2. Go to the three stacked dots.

3. Click Delete.

Good to Know: You can even copy your drafted email from a document on your desktop and paste it without formatting (Ctrl + Shift + V).
