How do I Use the Tasks List?

Subtasks not appearing? Try the following:

2. Try Incognito Mode

  1. Log into Canopy in a private/incognito window.

  2. See if subtasks appear.

    • If they do, your browser cache may be causing the issue.

3. Clear Cache and Cookies

  1. Open browser settings.

  2. Select Clear Browsing Data.

  3. Clear cached images/files and cookies.

  4. Restart the browser and return to Canopy.

Finding subtasks without due dates

  1. Sort tasks by Due Date and check the no date box.

  2. Ensure Subtasks visibility is enabled.

  3. Reconfirm subtask visibility any time you switch browsers or clear cache.

The Task List gives firms a centralized, flexible way to organize and manage tasks across teams. With sortable columns, collapsible subtasks, bulk actions, and CSV exports, you can quickly adjust workloads, track progress, and maintain visibility across all work.
